We talked about deer and how amazing God made them. I mostly concentrated on white-tailed deer since that is mostly what they see in our area. This was a fun study. It was done in our home and is not intended for Bible class. It can be used for homeschool, programs like Mother's Day Out, etc. The posters and some of the projects can be used for preschool or kindergarten.

This is week 26 in the Life of David series. The lesson is found in 2 Samuel 15-17. Absalom has been working to gather the people and take over David's kingdom. The kids loved discussing the forest and woods animals. I picked several that seemed to interest them. They just loved the skunks stinky spray! They remembered smelling a skunk in the car and it stunk up the car! God sure made interesting animals.
