The shield of Faith and the Shoes of the Gospel of Peace was chosen to use with Gideon because he showed his faith and obedience in chapter 7. Also, there was peace while Gideon was a judge. Judges 8:28 These lessons and decorations can be used for Gideon without the armor theme.

Joshua is the third lesson in Armor of God series. Paul wrote about the armor in Ephesians 6:10-20. The Sword of the Spirit was chosen for Joshua. He did exactly what God told him to do, and he won the battle of Jericho in Joshua 6. These lessons and decorations can be used for Joshua without the armor theme.

The Breastplate of Righteousness was used with Noah because he was found righteous by God in Genesis 7:1 and was a preacher of righteousness - living right. 2 Peter 2:5 These lessons and decorations can be used for Gideon without the armor theme.
