I also purchased these bricks cardboard standups on clearance last year to add some dimension.
We decided to add an overview of Noah, what the rainbow represented from God, and how the people disobeyed God from that point. Tower of babel is a short lesson and super fun for younger kids, but we wanted to present enough scripture for the older students and adults to use. I used the same 8x8' vinyl background on the wall, added a Noah cardboard standup I had, with the Tower of Babel. Did I say how much we love using vinyl backgrounds?
Just a note: It was interesting that the kids wanted to know ages of these people, and I showed them the charts of how much people's longevity changed after the flood. That was a good conversation.

Click here for the Magnetic Board Visuals.
They are half-page size great for using on a magnetic board, but can be used as a standard hold, show & discuss, lay down and pick up the next one. I use thin magnetics like these. The lesson has the corresponding numbers as the visuals.
A super fun thing to do is speak in different languages! These speech bubbles have a statement or question that could have been asked during a workday. Each question is on a speech bubble in different languages and has what language it is and the English translation. This file is not secured, so you can easily change the translation to what you need or add any phrases you'd like. Depending on your class size, these readings can be done by each student, or divided into groups. Print on cardstock, cut, and attach to a large craft stick. I told them to just have fun, sound it out as best they could, and read what it said.Another idea I was thinking about for a review game for Tower of Babel was making boxes that look like bricks. I found these, but wanted something like these, or using cardstock or bulletin board brick paper to make some bricks. I didn't use this idea, but planned to divide the kids into teams, ask a question, and when it was answered correctly, they could add a brick to build a tower.
