This fun one-page printable has two choices and was designed by request.
There are two options for this craft. The second option is easier. Both will need the teacher to use a craft knife to make a cut in the water so Peter and Jesus can 'walk on the water.' The first option includes Jesus and Peter in the boat and Jesus calming the sea by turning the background around. Both will work best if Peter and Jesus are glued to craft sticks. If the students cut the attached people pieces in half, just glue them back-to-back as shown in the directions that are included. Both choices include color and black & white.
