Acts Chapter 3

Acts chapter 3 includes Peter and John healing the lame man, the people were amazed at the miracle, and Peter preaching about Jesus.

To make the Flip Book, cut on the dotted line to separate the top from bottom. Cut the bottom pictures out on solid line. Layer in order and staple as shown on the gray rectangle. Fold the Foldable Book in half lengthwise, then fold in page 3, then fold the front cover on the line. The Spinner and Foldable Book are in color and black & white. The Flip Book and Spinner work best if printed on cardstock or heavier paper. Fold the Foldable Book in half lengthwise, then fold in page 3, then fold the front cover on the line.

This is super easy to prepare and fun for the kids and can be used as a visual, too! Color and black & white are both included. To create the 3-D scene, fold the scene in half. Cut on dotted lines. Fold bottom of scene forward on solid line. Fold forward on top line. Fold backward on the inside line. This can be printed on paper or cardstock but will work best if printed on cardstock. Cut the people on the solid lines and fold on the dotted lines. The lame can be flipped when he is 'healed'!

The first worksheet is a fill in the blank. Instead of numbering these 1, 2, 3, etc., they are numbered with the verse to read first, then fill in the blanks using the Word Bank. The second was designed for those asking for cut & glue. It is an easy scripture to cut out the words and glue them in order. The students will also write out the verse. This was a suggestion from a teacher. The Concept Chart is designed create discussions, look up and review the Names of Jesus in this chapter. There is a word search and crossword puzzle with the Names of Jesus that are used in chapter 3. Next is like a Reader Worksheet but has pictures for the students to write the number under each to put them in order. The Who did it? has a description for each person. The students will cut out the people and glue them to the correct description. There is a number code and alphabet code worksheet. The last worksheet is a Words & Meanings. It has assorted words used in the text in the Word Bank, and students will write the correct word in the box that has the definition of each word. The worksheets have a teacher's answer sheet included.

Names of Jesus in Acts 3

These printables can be used for this lesson and any other appropriate lesson and were kept plain intentionally for this purpose. The Names of Jesus from the chapter were used to design this set and can be to used for discussion, memory work, and copy work. Students can color or paint the designs on the banner, door hanger, bookmark and poster. Stickers can be added. String or ribbon can be added to the banner to hang and on the bookmark.
