Bible ABC's: S is for Strong Samson

Most of the application printables are divided into two parts:

Judges 13-15 and Delilah in Judges 16.

These lessons can be used without the alphabet theme.

Consider these an update with new ideas and printables!

These are both easy and fun to use. The Flip Book and Spinner Wheel has the color and black & white included.

The kids really love the Envelope Flips and Stand-Ups! Everything folds and fits into the envelope. They like to retell and move everything around. These can be used for a small teacher's visual depending on your class size. These work best printed on cardstock. Color and black & white are included.

Foldables are fun and easy, too! Print front to back and fold. For this, you could print the front (top picture) and let the students draw the pieces of the temple falling down for the inside. Color and black & white are included.

These printables can be used for Samson and any other appropriate lesson and were kept plain intentionally for this purpose. Students can color or paint the designs on the banner, door hanger and bookmark. Stickers can be added. String or ribbon can be added to the banner to hang and on the bookmark.

Paper Bag Puppets: fox & lion

Fun and easy to build-a-fox! color and black & white are included.

The first is a Reader Worksheet. The wording from the scripture is as easy to read as possible with sight words while keeping to the key points with easy to answer questions. The second is a fill-in-the-blank worksheet. Samson is divided into two worksheets. The first is Judges 13-15, and the second is Samson and Delilah in Judges 16.

These Anchor Charts are included.

These Event Cards can be used as smaller visuals and they can be shuffled for the student to re-tell the events and lay them in order. The same full-page size visuals and pictures-to-color can be downloaded below.

These pages can also be cut apart and used as flash cards to put the events in order.

I designed the Trip Strip to be a cut & glue timeline. This one shown has lines for the students to write about each event. Or, they can write the scriptures. There is another worksheet without the writing space. These can easily be used for mixed age groups. Cut and glue according to directions. Samson is divided into two parts. Judges 13-15 is part 1, and Samson & Delilah in Judges 16 is part 2. These are not included in the application pack.
