Jordan Crossing & Wall of Jericho

Jeanne's notes:

Jeanne made a very simple visual aid for the Jordan River Crossing land and water were made with construction paper. The people were printed and folded to stand up. Don't forget the stones to place in the middle of the Jordan! Stack them so future generations will not forget what God did for the Israelites.

Jeanne’s notes for the Chalkboard Review Game: After our lesson on the walls of Jericho, we played a game. I drew a portion of the wall, along with Rahab's house, complete with red ribbon. The blocks were numbered as shown. Each child took a turn picking a number and erasing it from the board. I asked them a question from the lesson, which, if answered, earned them a gold coin.

Use the attached teacher’s answer sheet in the file for the questions and answers. 

This is the worksheet. The teacher's answer sheet looks like this but has the answers in the blank spaces. The teacher's answer sheet will be used for the worksheet answers and the questions and answers for the chalkboard game.

She might add a Bible verse, memory verse, a Bible song or two, a picture to color, a reward reminder and/or notes about class and hello to students. You could add a puzzle, maze, worksheet, whatever you prefer.
