There is actually quite a bit of information for John found in the four gospels.

 After putting it order, it makes a really good lesson.

One-Page Flip Book: Print in color or black & white, cut around solid lines. Layer in numbered order and staple on left side where marked. Older students can tell and write the events in John’s life. Younger students can trace the words. This can be used as the teacher’s answer sheet also and is a great conversation starter.

This is a Life Sequencing Timeline for John. There is a completed one (right) for a teacher's visual, if you are keeping a notebook and just want it as a chart, or you do not like the cut and glue. If the students only put glue above the dotted line, they will have a lift-the-flap with the information under each photo.

To discuss John, I purchased some fabric that has a slightly rough texture that is a camel color. I bought a jar of honey, leather strap, and used a locust I have for the plagues.
