They can be used as stand-ups or glue to large craft sticks. I would glue Lot's wife, and the family running to craft sticks and use the city as a stand-up. Let the students add glue to the white Lot's wife and sprinkle salt on her. Do this over a tray for excess salt for easy clean up.
So, this is a really old idea but a really good one!
This is a Mrs. Butterworth's container. I (my husband) sawed off the top and I rubbed sandpaper over it to make it tacky. I used 'Pottery Plaster' or Plaster of Paris (find at any craft store or Amazon) and covered her all over. Once it dried, I spread Aleene's Tacky Glue all over and poured on the salt. I used regular salt, but a coarse salt would look better. I suggest plugging the hole on top and finishing it with the plaster to cover.
This file includes visuals for the introduction of Abraham and Lot and their move to Canaan, then their separation with Lot living in Sodom.
