This room design for Jacob's Ladder is incredible! They used a real wood ladder after putting up black plastic tablecloth and green tablecloth for the sky and grass. There was black inserted in the center of the ladder to the floor and paper angels were going up and down the ladder. At the top is a poster board with clouds, stars and another angel. Keep in mind that all the angels in the Bible are men.
Haley also used a piece of black construction paper and let the students design their own Jacob's Ladder scene. Using Haley's original concept, I created this pack with different ways to make your own. There are color and black & white to pick from and directions to make it more fun for kids included. Add the real rock for 'Jacob', or the students to lay their head on and this is something they will remember!
