Interactive Shape Books!
These shape book ideas are so cute! The students will love these.
The original Prodigal Son Interactive Piggy Shape Book was designed by Jeanne Dickson. She gave permission to recreate it and share. So, I thought there needed to be one for the Lost Sheep and the Lost Coin. This has the same layout with optional directions and ideas to add stickers to correspond with each page.

The Lost Coin Shape book has all the pages in color and black and white. This was intended to be a coloring book, but I didn't like some of the black & white pictures. The pictures are inside the money bag and are silver coins. Each silver coin has a tab at the top. After the pieces are cut, layer the pages in order with the back of the bag right-side out. Line the tabs under where the rope on the bag is and staple the tabs to the book cover on the rope. There is a list of stickers that would make it interactive, but you can not use stickers, or find something different than what is on the list.

Thank you so much for wonderfull illustrations. One thing I often wish would be an option with open text space for those of us who are working with non-english speaking children. Greetings from Brazil.
ReplyDeleteHello, if you are asking about the picture visuals, I have been updating those and they typically have a white space on them. Just look for the assorted stacked pictures with click here to download the updated visuals. If it clipart, then I can’t leave a lot of space because of the designers copyrights.
DeleteThank you so much!!
