This is such a good lesson and there are so many things to learn!
For the preschool level, I created a Jesus Loves Me Spinner they will love.
Cornelius was a centurion (captain of 100 men) soldier. He
was faithful and feared God. He gladly gave gifts to the poor and he prayed a
lot.
At about 3 in the afternoon an angel of God went to him and said “Cornelius.” He was scared when he saw the angel! The angel told him that “God has heard your prayers.” The angel told him to "Send for Peter, and he will tell you what to do." The angel left and Cornelius told two servants and a soldier to find Peter and bring him to the house.
When the people that were with Cornelius heard what Peter had to say, they believed in Jesus. Peter told them to be baptized in the name of Jesus and they asked Peter to stay for a few days with them. They were so happy to hear about Jesus!
Lesson is found in Acts 10:1-48.
I usually have some type of display like this when I teach
this lesson. Peter is made to look like he is sitting on a rooftop. The blanket
is hung from the ceiling with clear fishing line. Click here to see more about this
display with lots of directions.
This is super easy to use and includes the color and black & white to print. There is a blank spot so the students can draw a picture of themselves. Or, if you have a photo, they can glue that in the blank space. Click here to download.

The visuals are for Acts 10-11. Not all are shown.
