I am using this Life of Jesus Timeline Bulletin Board as I
teach Jesus to my current class. I like to have His different life events that
we are studying like this so I can review lessons we have studied.
This timeline includes the lessons I am teaching, and I had
them numbered, but not everyone will want to use the same events that I am
using. You can find these visuals here if you need to add other lessons.
I
cut the letters 'Life of Jesus' for the title 6" using black cardstock and
Learning Curve font with my Cricut machine. I used this black & white Chevron border. I planned to cut strips of the same
black cardstock for the timeline (so that is another option). But, used color Masking Tape. I stapled each
event in Jesus' life as I wanted it placed on the board, then used the Masking Tape to make the long main line from His birth to His return to Heaven. Then, I
added the Masking Tape from the main timeline to each event with the lines in order of events of His life.

This is a newer version of the same bulletin board. I found this awesome chevron bulletin board paper at the teacher's supply store. I added a turquoise chevron Washi tape I found at Hobby Lobby to make the timeline.
So, here is the 2017 way I put up the same bulletin board! This has the same chevron background and blue Washi tape for the timeline. I kept this one to reuse. This time I used the lime green chevron border. As you can see, there are so many options for this set!

ReplyDeleteDo not print the last page and waste your ink because it is the credits and copyrights for the graphic designers. You are permitted to print all of it if you wish, the newer files just say copyright. Thanks for asking.

ReplyDeleteI use a 4x8 foot bulletin board. Search for Structural Fiberboard Sheathing at your favorite lumber store and it should be $15-20. I have used these for 30+ years and they do not wear out, unlike the cork boards that are super expensive. It is typically black. I have started teaching sunday school where the children know hardly nothing about the bible, I an limited on resources and i have been looking for free downloadable. Its hard to get especially when it comes to God's word. I am very happy to find people like you that är willing to share their work.
